Business Development Creator

Business Development Creator for Autohaus Import Service

We rely on trust, relationships, and doing things the right way.

Every client matters. Every estimate matters. Every follow-up matters.

This role exists to make sure no one slips through the cracks. We want to provide the best auto repair service experience possible for our clients.

You’ll support our Service Advisors and management by handling the follow-up work that keeps relationships strong and opportunities alive.

This job requires you to:

  • Follow up with customers who declined work, missed appointments, or haven’t scheduled in a while.
  • Follow up after repairs and respond to customer texts and emails
  • Make outbound calls with confidence and care
  • Listen to calls, spot missed opportunities, and help us improve
  • Be a bridge between clients and our internal team

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and real impact.

How Success Is Measured

  • Appointments scheduled
  • Customers showing up
  • Lost opportunities recovered
  • Relationships strengthened
