Service Operations Assistant

What You’ll Do:
As our Service Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key support role in the day-to-day operations of our service department. You’ll work closely with our Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts, supplies, and loaner vehicles are efficiently managed, while also helping provide top-notch client experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Service Writers with ticket prep, phones, client communication, and scheduling support
- Coordinating parts orders and returns with vendors
- Managing inventory of shop supplies and special-order items
- Overseeing the care, cleaning, and scheduling of our loaner vehicle fleet
- Performing light vehicle intake tasks (mileage, photos, tag logging) when needed
- Communicating clearly with team members to ensure workflow runs efficiently
- Jumping in where needed to keep the shop humming!
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an automotive or service-based environment is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfort with basic computer systems and willingness to learn our shop software
- A can-do attitude and an eye for detail
- A team player who takes initiative but knows when to ask for support or direction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for loaner car management)
Compensation
$18-$22 per hour
